Yeah I get the error message too but I saw on gamezebo that other people are having that problem as well. Looks promising from the first 2 minutes of gameplay though. :)

Even the official version is showing error messages,which I think will be solved in Final.But that doesn't stop the game from playing.I tested it on Xp Sp3.Game played fine. huh
