This is 10.7.2 build 11C43, a beta release of OS X Lion intended for developers. Before you install it: a) make sure you are currently running 10.7.2 build 11C40, as it will not apply on 10.7.1 or any previous release of OS X Lion 10.7.2. b) use the reversioner included (this is very important).
